Lorena has made it back for her second session! She’s feeling excited to get her exercise program and to make exercise a regular habit! One thing that Lorena has said she has struggled with is,
“Between studying and work, it’s really hard to find the time in my busy schedule to keep this a regular practice.”
Lorena will see how this next stage of the program can help her solidify these necessary habits in exercise.
Last week the Coach asked her questions about her mindset, because before we can work on achieving physical results, we must focus on the mindset of our members.
Using this information as well as her measurements and an understanding of her goals, the Coach has written her an exercise program that she is to follow during the following weeks.
Session two is an introduction to her personalised exercise program and is an excellent opportunity for the Coach to demonstrate the right technique and form for all of the exercises. By doing this, the coach will be sure that Lorena is comfortable in the gym. After that appointment, she will be able to start working out independently and will get closer to achieving her goal of looking and feeling good during her trip to Mexico.
This session is all about creating a habit. Lorena will commit to at least three sessions a week, that she will attend independently. Her coach will check in regularly, this way, Lorena feels obligated to stick with it and hopefully will create healthy habits as she progresses through this journey.
