Attention Valuable Customers,
More exciting news has just been announced… our facilities at Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre, Cook+Phillip Park Pool and Victoria Park Pool will reopen with restrictions from Tuesday 23 June!
We have been working exceedingly hard with the City of Sydney to develop a framework of operating protocols detailed below. You can be assured that the measures we put in place will conform to the standards agreed with NSW government and which are being steered by eminent medical professionals and virologists.
We have a team of highly experienced leisure and safety professionals who are putting in place the necessary measures to ensure you, your friends and family are safe when you return.
Our Six Element Plan

4. We will have put in place new and heightened Safety and Hygiene protocols.
5. Our Marketing and Proposition element will ensure that you are kept fully informed of the necessary changes we have to make
