Introducing our brand new, online customer portal – servicing all City of Sydney Leisure Centres.

You can now manage all aspects of your membership online. Book a group fitness class, a swimming lesson, check lane availabilities and update your payment details from any device.


How to set up your customer portal account:

  • Click on the button of the centre where you hold your membership
  • Your username will be the email address you signed up with
  • Your password will need to be updated. Click forgot / username password, and follow the steps to re-set. You will need your email address for this step.
  • Once your password is re-set, you can log-in to your account dashboard and manage your membership
  • Make sure you bookmark your account dashboard to easily book into group fitness classes, update personal details and manage all aspects of your membership

Not a member? Not a problem!

You can still sign-up for an online account to book and purchase a casual visit or group fitness class.
