The team of 26 Swimmers traveled to Adelaide to compete in the Australian Age and Multi-class championships and finished 22nd.

The Team City of Sydney Aquatic Club (COSAC) were supported by Head Coach Rebecca Wheatley, Assistant Coach Thomas Sunter and Team Managers Karen and Emily Swinburn.

During the eight days of competition over 60% of swimmers achieved personal best times, and won 3 Gold, 4 Silver and 3 Bronze medals combined, as well as 13 top 10 placings.

It was assistant coach Tom Sunter's first Australian Championship, of which he saw several of his swimmers qualify for finals, including a Bronze medal win in the girls 200m Butterfly.

Seven swimmers have been selected on NSW squads, as well as one COSAC swimmer achieving the Junior Australian qualifying time for the World Pan Pacific Championship to be held in Hawaii at the end of August in the 100m and 200m Freestyle.

The senior Australian Swimming Championship will be held in Adelaide 18-22 August, where nine COSAC's swimmers will be competing.
