The refurbishment will take place in a staged approach, commencing on Monday 14 March. During each stage the individual facility will be out of service and patrons will need to utilise the alternative changerooms and bathrooms available within the centre. 

Directional signage will be present to inform and assist patrons in-centre.

Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre is celebrating its 15 year anniversary this month!

Celebrating NSW Seniors Festival 2024

Extended opening hours commencing on Saturday 1 October

During this time, the  lift access to level 1 will be impacted and the external  entry to the gym will not be accessible. 

There will be scheduled maintenance from Friday 1 March to Sunday 3 March.

The 50m pool and leisure  pool remain open.

From Monday 18 to Wednesday 20 September, from 8pm to 11pm, buses will replace all L1 Dulwich Hill Line light rail services between Central Grand Concourse and Dulwich Hill due to planned trackwork & maintenance works.
